Alex will be pouring Suigei Tokubetsu Junmai, Suigei Harmony Junmai Daiginjo, Suigei Kaju Yuzu, and Suigei Kaju Pomelo. Suigei, which translates to "drunken whale," is one of Kochi Prefecture's most beloved breweries, known for making clean, dry, and exceptionally drinkable sakes.
